Our yoga teacher training seeks to share yoga

beyond mechanical movements

drawing upon teachings of ancient tantric texts

years of yoga practise

and the innate wisdom of nature

The journey entails 7 weeks live face to face transmission. 

With a myriad of imaginative and expressive, videos, audio recordings and readings to inspire you.

The course is shared via our accessible online portal and App.

In Person Training days are Monday to Friday (6.30am to 5pm)

☀️3pm - Lecture  / Movement Lab

☀️5pm - Finish *

*Occasional classes at night
