ZaRa a graceful international performer, teacher, visionary - restoring ancient Women's Dance. ✨✨✨

If you are chosen to the Path of Majestic flows, perceptive winding patterns guided by wisdoms, then the vibrational geometries of Dance will find you.

Guided by ZaRa you will discover patterns of earthy, expressive movements, hips that serpentine, hands that tell stories and approaches to move with reverberations of ancient rhythms

ZaRa has trained with prominent teachers in Kemet (Egypt ), Morocco. Integrating ancient Womens arts and teachings. Recognising the correlation and connection with the Classical and Devadasi Temple Dances of India.

ZaRa has studiously applied herself to Classical Odissi Indian Temple Dance training with Monica Singh and Ratna Roy, and the texts of the Natya Shastra - a compendium of the art of classical Indian dance as a spiritual practice.

Upcoming ZaRa is training with Colleena Shakti in Pushkar, Rajasthan in the style of Indian Fusion Format- Belkydance and Indian temple dances. An intensive of Dance, philosophy and yoga.

ZaRa is also a 800hr Certified Tantric Hatha Yoga Teacher and facilitates YTT Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats across the world as a director of Roots Yoga Life

🌹In this workshop we will explore ancient yoga to prepare the temple of the body, mind and spirit. Discourses will be shared on philosophy and dance history. The major emphasis of this workshop is DANCE. fusing elements of ancient dances of Egypt, Morocco and India.
